Return Policy

Thank you so much for buying from Black Mahogany Canna. We appreciate your business. If you are on this page this means you have a problem and we are here to help. It is an excellent idea to to do your research before buying any product online before you buy. This will help ensure you are well-informed and truly do want the item you are ordering. Due to the nature of our products, no returns can be made on items that have been used in any way whatsoever. Making sure this is the product for you will help ensure the best possible outcome. If you are unsure or have questions please feel free to send us an email or give us a call during business hours. If you do have to return something, here is what you need to know…

ORDERS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS
All items purchased from BlackMahoganyCannallc.com must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund. There are no exceptions to this policy:

  • Item(s) must be in original, brand-new condition.
  • Item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of the original delivery date.
  • If you recieve damaged glass and have route insurance, File a claim here. If you did not purchase route insurance please contact the delivery carrier to file a claim. BlackMahganyCannallc.com, is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
  • Return must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be acquired by emailing us at blackmahoganycanna@gmail.com. No returns will be permitted without an RMA. This number must be written on all sides of the return packaging to ensure it is properly seen.
  • Return shipping is not included in the purchase agreement and is covered by the customer. Understand this also does not include any repayment for faster shipping ordered on the initial order.
  • Black Mahogany Canna strongly recommends tracking your package and purchasing insurance on your return package. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, Black Mahogany Canna cannot accept receipt of the return and no refund will be given.
  • No refunds will be given for open or used packages/products.
  • BlackMahgoanyCannallc.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any return and/or may require more information to ultimately allow a return.
  • All refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days from the date of receipt to our warehouse.

Providing that all of the above conditions are in verifiable order, your order will be full refunded to you..

ORDERS RETURNED AFTER 7 DAYS
Products are not eligible for a return after Seven (7) days.

NOTICE
Black Mahogany Canna reserves the right to modify or change this Return Policy at any time. Changes will always be posted on this page unless otherwise noted here. Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery!

Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order you must request for a cancellation to be made before we ship out your order. If we have already shipped out your order than we can not process a cancellation. If you are not satisfied with your order you have 7 days to contact support in order to receive a refund.

Route Insurance Claim Information for FAQ
If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance when placing an order with Black Mahogany Canna, your order is instantly protected against lost, stolen or damaged shipments. If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged and you purchased Route insurance, you can follow these steps to file a claim or File a claim here:

1. Open your email from Route that you received after placing your order on Black Mahogany Canna.
2. In the email, copy your Route Order ID and then click “File a Claim”

3. In the claim form, fill out the required information – email address, subject line, and claim type.
4. Once you choose a claim type (lost, stolen, or damaged), paste or type the Route Order ID into the required field.
5. Fill out the rest of the fields and click “Submit”
